是重金屬加應(yīng)用廣的金屬材料之一,黃銅是工業(yè)上應(yīng)用廣的一種銅合金。Zn?在?Cu?中的大固溶度可達(dá)?39%(456℃),?名稱的由來(lái)Cu—Zn?合金隨(鋅含量)Zn%的,合金的顏色也在變化,當(dāng)Zn?含量達(dá)到一定值(15%)后逐漸顯現(xiàn)出美麗的金,(Zn<20%時(shí))或淡(Zn=30—45%時(shí))故稱為黃銅,?黃銅定義——以Zn?為主要加入元素的銅合金,(光說(shuō)是Cu—Zn?合金不完全)黃銅可分為?Cu—Zn二元黃銅(簡(jiǎn)單黃銅、普通黃銅)?Cu—Zn?+?1種或數(shù)種其它合金元素多元黃銅(復(fù)雜黃銅、特殊黃銅)?黃銅表示法(加鋁耐腐蝕性)?12?31?一、二元黃銅?311?成份與組織?要了解Cu-Zn?合金的情況。
隨即開(kāi)始了大規(guī)模工業(yè)化生產(chǎn),并將這種合金改名為“德國(guó)銀”或“鎳銀”,而名副其實(shí)的云南白銅,反而被湮沒(méi)無(wú)聞了,當(dāng)云南白銅后,我國(guó)白銅的出口數(shù)量大大。至19世紀(jì)后期,德銀已取代白銅占據(jù)了國(guó)際市場(chǎng),的白銅礦冶業(yè)隨之衰落。然而各地對(duì)云南白銅仍十分喜愛(ài),直至20世紀(jì)二三十年代,昆明市仍有不少白銅店。其產(chǎn)澤光潔。質(zhì)地軟硬適中,經(jīng)久耐用,不起浮垢,其中以“江南寶”白銅店有名氣,產(chǎn)品有袋、旱煙斗、墨盒、面盆等。尤其面盆享盛譽(yù),遠(yuǎn)銷至江南和京津,前,云南民間嫁女時(shí)嫁妝中仍以有白銅面盆為光彩。

, 它要將制好的紙漿噴到快速運(yùn)動(dòng)的具有網(wǎng)孔( 40~60目)的網(wǎng)布上。網(wǎng)布由黃銅和磷青銅絲編織而成,它的寬度很大。一般在20英尺(6米)以上。要求保持完全平直,網(wǎng)布在一系列小的黃銅或銅輥?zhàn)由线\(yùn)動(dòng)。當(dāng)帶著噴附其上的紙漿通過(guò)時(shí),濕氣從下面空吸出去,網(wǎng)子同時(shí)振動(dòng)以使紙漿中的小纖維粘結(jié)在一起,大型造紙機(jī)的網(wǎng)布尺寸很大,可以達(dá)到寬26英尺8英寸( l米)和長(zhǎng)100英尺( 米)。濕紙漿不但含水。而且含有造紙中使用的化學(xué)藥劑,腐蝕性很強(qiáng),為了紙張質(zhì)量,對(duì)網(wǎng)布材料要求很嚴(yán)。不但要有高的強(qiáng)度和彈性;而且要抗紙漿腐蝕。

含為20%~30%,其余為氮的無(wú)氧氣體,除發(fā)生爐煤氣外,也有采用氮、或氬等氣體作為無(wú)氧銅熔體保護(hù)或精煉用介質(zhì)材料, [2] ,真空熔煉。真空熔煉應(yīng)該是熔煉高品質(zhì)無(wú)氧銅的好選擇,真空熔煉不僅可以使氧含量大大降低。同時(shí)也可以使氫以及某些其他雜質(zhì)元素的含量亦同時(shí)大大降低,在真空中頻無(wú)芯感應(yīng)爐內(nèi)熔煉時(shí),多采用石墨坩堝和選用經(jīng)過(guò)兩次精煉的高純陰極銅或重熔銅作為原料,與陰極銅一起裝入爐內(nèi)的,還包括用以脫氧的鱗片狀石墨粉,其實(shí)。脫氧主要是通過(guò)石墨坩堝材料中的碳進(jìn)行,碳的消耗量,可以通過(guò)計(jì)算得知。例如kg銅消耗g碳。
